Payment of a class fee is considered acceptance of our refund policy.
A refund will be given for all student cancellations according to the following:
75.0 % From 4 to 7 day(s) before event starts
50.0 % From 2 to 3 day(s) before event starts
0.0 % From 0 to 1 day(s) before event starts
Only books that are in the original condition with the plastic seal in place will be returnable.
In the event that the student is unable to attend the class they have registered for, they will be allowed to reschedule the class one-time in accordance to Everyday Heroes Training Center’s posted class schedule. Classes must be rescheduled within 30 days of original class date. If a class is not offered within 30 days, students must attend the next scheduled class offered.
Students will not receive refunds on re-scheduled classes. Refunds are issued based on the original class date the student is registered for.
Students who fail to attend class without prior notification to Everyday Heroes Training Center, will forfeit class fees. It will be at the discretion of Everyday Heroes Training Center if the student will be permitted to re-schedule the class.
Online Course purchased from Everyday Heroes Training Center are non-refundable
In the rare event that Everyday Heroes Training Center must cancel a class, all enrolled prepaid students will be notified via the email address provided and receive a full refund of all fees paid.
